Sophia Sul is a Vice President on the Research Strategy team based in Chicago. She currently leads the team’s industrial storage sector coverage as well as geographic coverage of the Mountain West region in the United States. Since joining LaSalle in 2016, Sophia has created various analytical tools at both market and micro-location level that support investment strategy recommendations, including the House View relative value framework. She also works closely with the US transactions team and separate account clients.
Sophia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University. She is a member of the NCREIF Research Committee.
